Probably the most important character, again in my opinion, in all of scriptures you have never heard of. Born as the daughter of Daksha Prajapathi (topic of another discussion) and married to Kasya Prajapathi a.k.a Kasyan, Adithi is supposed to be the mother of all Devas and thereby mother of all life in the universe. Adithi had 12 siblings, and Kasyapan in all his valor married all 13 of them !!!
Even though I mentioned in earlier post that Adithi had millions of children some scriptures put these numbers at 33. Well, do you remember that number ? See the earlier post :) There are several interesting stories on Adithi, the notable one being Mahavishnu being born as Adithi's son for about 7 times.
